Job Title: Senior Trading Manager

About the Role:

The Senior Trading Manager is a key position within the TalkTalk Group, responsible for driving commercial growth and customer profitability. As a senior leader, you will be accountable for developing and executing trading strategies to optimize base growth, lifecycle NPS, and customer profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of trading insights and actions to deliver the quarterly trading plan and inform the longer-term commercial outlook and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, loyalty-retentions, digital, finance, and product, to drive actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends to inform trading decisions.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence business outcomes and drive positive KPIs.
  • Lead a continuous improvement culture, driving innovation and excellence across the team.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and loyalty planning strategies to drive customer volume growth and improved margin.
  • Focus on customer lifetime value (CLV) and drive initiatives to reduce acquisition and retention costs.
  • Lead the review and development of data and insights used to manage performance and define new reports and forecasting methods.
