TalkTalk Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trading Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial and Customer team, you will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing trading performance, and delivering actionable insights to inform our commercial strategy.

About the Role

The Senior Trading Manager will be accountable for:

  • Optimizing quarterly trading performance across marketing, sales, loyalty-retentions, and digital channels
  • Leading the Consumer weekly trading cadence, driving action plans, and holding teams accountable for delivery
  • Delivering actionable insights on trading plan variances versus targets, identifying opportunities to improve customer volume and profitability
  • Developing and implementing trading strategies to drive customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce acquisition and retention costs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build trading offers and propositions for new acquisition and base management
  • Reviewing and developing data and insights to manage performance and define new reports and forecasting methods
