Sales Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales Portfolio Manager to join our team in Crewe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing fuel customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling our core products, and developing strategies to increase revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, making outbound calls, responding to inbound calls and emails, promoting our self-service portal, and creating working relationships with colleagues across divisions. To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, good organisation skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office products is also essential.
