We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at Radius.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing customer relationships.

This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

The HGV Fuel Card Account Manager will be responsible for providing HGV fuel card solutions to our largest customers and managing the high-profile portfolio for 12 months.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Winning new business via cold prospecting.
  • Managing your full customer base, maintaining, nurturing and growing volume and profit.
  • Constructing, presenting and closing larger, more complex sales propositions.

  • Commercial acumen and the drive to maintain your volume and grow to exceed your build plan.
  • Ability to manage and set clear expectations to customers – always looking to exceed expectations.
  • Proven ability to self-source for new business as well as working company-supplied data.
