Research Director for Healthcare Innovation

About the Role
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly experienced Research Director to lead our healthcare innovation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving research and development across Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health Professionals (NMAHP).
With a strong background in clinical research and leadership, you will be responsible for aligning our research and innovation activities with the Trust's strategic goals. This includes participating in strategic forums, conducting complex data analysis, and collaborating with clinical and research leads to establish clear mechanisms for recording, monitoring, and measuring outcomes.
You will also support the development and sustainability of clinical quality improvement initiatives, promote research activities, and maintain your own research portfolio through grant applications and publications.
