Job Overview:

The Victims and Survivors Service (VSS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Victims Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to VSS funded Community Partner organisations that deliver support and services to victims and survivors of historical abuse. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those affected by historical abuse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to VSS funded Community Partner organisations.
- Collaborate with VSS Community Partners, stakeholders, and the wider sector to develop ongoing support and services for victims and survivors.
- Engage and assist in the development of outcomes-focused monitoring and evaluation systems and processes for VSS Programmes.

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience working within the community and voluntary sector.
- Practical experience of developing positive relationships with diverse stakeholders across the community and voluntary sector.
- Experience in staff management and/or coordinating team activities.
- Practical experience developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
