About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult social care and be able to demonstrate their skills and experience in supporting adults with disabilities and complex needs. The role will involve:

  • Working closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving the quality of support services;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the Service Manager;
  • Leading shifts and overseeing the delivery of support services;
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality support services.

  • Experience of supporting adults with disabilities and complex needs;
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
