Overview
The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation seeks a skilled Revenue Management Leader to join its Treasury Services - Revenue Management team. This pivotal role involves overseeing revenue optimization and accounts receivable functions for the company's global TS client portfolio.
As a key member of the Chief Operating Office, the successful candidate will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive financial performance and identify pricing insights to support advanced outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation through strategic pricing initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing and revenue data, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports to track revenue and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Drive market intelligence for client base and develop insights on new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Advanced degree, preferably in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- A number of years of related revenue management or billing management experience required, with experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Strong analytics and data background, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to produce professional presentation decks using MS PowerPoint.
