Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate client information, including soft and hard facts, to inform financial planning recommendations.
  • Work closely with advisers to formulate and implement financial plans.
  • Research and recommend financial products and services to meet client needs.
  • Supervise administrators to ensure accurate and timely submission of application forms.
  • Prepare suitability reports, pension analysis reports, and discussion reports for review by advisers.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and report templates to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure advisers are prepared for meetings, including organizing forms and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Fully qualified or working towards CII Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • CII Paraplanning qualification desirable.
