About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Editor to join our Branded Content team at APL Media Limited. As a Project Editor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality branded content for our clients, including National Geographic Traveller (UK) titles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the creation of branded content across various formats, including print, digital, and video.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure the smooth running of their campaigns and deliverables.
  • Work closely with writers, designers, and other team members to ensure all materials meet the company's high standards and style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, accounts, and production departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to deliver tailored content solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management and editing, preferably in a branded content or publishing environment.
  • Strong creative ideas and editing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, writers, and designers.
  • Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and project management software, including Asana.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Knowledge of InDesign and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
