About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ambulance Clinical Education Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and education, with the ability to deliver high-quality training programs for our patient-facing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver clinical education programs for ambulance staff
  • Support wider trust education activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of education programs
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience working in an ambulance or healthcare setting
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret data effectively

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality education and training, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. A full driving licence and access to a car is also essential for this role.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave and opportunities for professional development.
