Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator at Redfern Health Centre.

Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our GP partners, practice nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Duties

• Respond to patient inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person

• Manage patient registrations, appointments, and reviews

• Generate repeat prescriptions and perform general clerical duties

• Liaise with hospitals, pharmacies, and other care providers to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, confident individual who is able to work well under pressure and has excellent communication and IT skills. Experience in the NHS is an advantage but not essential.
