Job Description
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care & Support Assistant to join our team at Kenwith Castle.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team, providing high-quality support to our residents and promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent person-centred care to our residents, focusing on their individual needs and preferences.
- Support and encourage our residents to remain as independent as possible, assisting with daily tasks and activities.
- Provide elements of personal care, including washing and dressing where needed, in a safe and respectful manner.
Working Environment:
Kenwith Castle is a beautiful residential care home located in the stunning North Devon Countryside.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, with ongoing training and development opportunities.
Compensation:
- A competitive salary of £11.00 per hour, reflecting your value to our team.
