Job Title: Residential Care Provider

We are currently seeking a Residential Care Provider to join our team in the Bideford area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing meals and assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing and dressing
  • Supporting residents with medication management and administering medication as required
  • Providing companionship and engaging residents in activities to promote mental stimulation and wellbeing
  • Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a clean and safe living environment

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A valid Care Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably in a residential environment
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Location: Bideford area
