Job Title: HR Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Woods Foodservice Limited. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective administration of HR-related tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and providing support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records and processing paperwork.
- • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- • Assist with the coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and distributing necessary documentation.
- • Support the HR Director in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, training records, and performance evaluations.
- • Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, such as training sessions and employee recognition programs.
- • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR administration.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other software applications, including Microsoft Office.
- • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and professional attitude.
- • Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge in HR administration.
- • Right to work in the UK.
