We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Business Administration Trainee to join our team in Ipswich. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments, including financial services. They will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase invoices and reconcile to purchase orders on our CRM system
  • Set up new suppliers and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, raising queries and chasing Project Managers and Suppliers
  • Payment runs and issue monthly remittances to external Suppliers
  • Process staff business expenses and credit card transactions
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent in 5's GCSE- including English and Maths (grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent)
  • A Level or equivalent in accountancy and business-related subjects preferred

The estimated salary for this position is £12,480 - £15,000 per annum, depending on experience.
