Job Summary

David Lewis College is a rapidly growing Independent Specialist College for young people between the ages of 16 and 25. As a specialist education provider, we enhance the skills and life options of young people with learning difficulties including autism, epilepsy, and other neurological disabilities.

We are seeking an inspirational SEN Tutor who is committed to developing the skills, confidence, ambition, and independence of young people on their journey into adulthood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualised support and guidance to students with special educational needs
  • To develop and deliver tailored curricula that meet the varied needs of our students
  • To work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless student support

Requirements:

  • Qualified to QTLS level or willing to work towards
  • Passionate about teaching young people with special educational needs
  • Committed and willing to learn the skills required to be an outstanding Tutor
