Experienced Learning Assistant

As an experienced Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of SEND needs. You will work closely with the class teachers and the SENCO to ensure that students are able to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.
You will be responsible for implementing IEPs and support strategies, as well as providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND. You will also liaise regularly with teaching staff and third-party services to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
The salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive training program and opportunities for professional development.
