About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Trainer to join our team at Helping Hands, a leading provider of home care services. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering remote classroom training to our staff across the UK, creating and managing online course content, and conducting assessments to ensure effective training.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Face-to-Face Training: Provide high-quality training on software and hardware to our staff at remote UK sites.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create and update training content to meet the needs of our staff and the organization.
  • Conduct Assessments: Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide feedback to staff.
  • Manage Training Locations: Oversee the maintenance and development of training locations, ensuring a positive experience for staff.
  • Represent the Organization: Articulate company methodology, culture, and technology solutions to staff and management.

Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information to staff.
  • eLearning Authoring Skills: Experience with eLearning authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
