Homecare Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Homecare Support Professional in North Yorkshire. As a valued member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences, and developing personalized care plans that cater to their unique requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Preparing and cooking meals, as well as helping with light housekeeping tasks
- Accompanying clients on outings and engaging in activities that promote social interaction and engagement
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, paid travel expenses, and comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role.
