We are seeking an experienced International Admissions Officer to join our team at a prestigious education institution in the West Surrey area. As an International Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to prospective parents, agents, students, and feeder schools, guiding them through the admissions process in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, telephone, and face-to-face communications with prospective parents, agents, students, and feeder schools.
- Ensure prospective students and parents are informed of entry and interview dates in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and maintain application data at all stages of the admissions process, including enquiries, applications, assessments, offers, and rejections.
- Liaise with members of academic staff to organise meetings with prospective parents and students as required.
- Conduct in-person school tours and/or online meetings for international families and agents.
- Draft decision letters for the Head of School as directed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
