Luxury Residential Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential development in East London.

The successful candidate will work 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) with the hours of 8am - 6pm.

The salary for this position is £18,000 annually.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide exceptional concierge services to residents and guests, in accordance with the Property Manager's instructions.
  • To conduct daily inspections of internal areas of the private residential buildings and report any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the Property Manager.
  • To set a high standard for other staff members by being courteous and helpful to all occupiers, members of the public, other staff, guests, and contractors employed on the estate.
  • To maintain accurate records of relevant comments and details in the concierge log.
  • To liaise with the estate security team on all security matters.
  • To receive and safely store registered mail and deliveries for residents.
  • To handle all general telephone enquiries and log messages.
  • To ensure the development is a well-managed, safe, clean and secure environment in which to live and work.
  • To maintain accurate records of relevant comments and details in the development logs.
  • To have a thorough understanding of the development and its operations.

Health and Safety

  • To ensure that all incidents or accidents are logged and reported accordingly.
  • To adopt and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
