Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and driving sales performance. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate with customers and team members while maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and oversee merchandising to enhance product visibility.
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while monitoring performance metrics.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management with strong supervisory skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Experience in sales management to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Balloon or floristry experience advantageous.
