Job Title: Internal Sales Representative – Print Supplies
Salary: Basic salary £25k >£30k pa, depending on experience, plus bonus.
About the Role:
Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, ensuring they receive a first-class standard of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Quotation Management: Manage quotations and pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Pro-activity and Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Team Support: Provide support to the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of in/outbound telephone sales and computerized stock & order systems in a busy merchanting environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Candidates from a Print / Packaging Supplies or Paper background will be given equal consideration.
