Internal Sales Coordinator/Account Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines sales and account management skills?
This opportunity at SPARK TSL is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days a week in our Exeter office with the sales team. The salary is £26k plus a substantial OTE, with a fantastic benefits package. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our existing customer base has a positive customer experience
  • Process and qualify incoming sales leads
  • Directly handle desk-based small sales
  • Use the CRM to record all activity, contract and customer data
  • Manage successful customer relationships, addressing contractual and commercial queries
  • Collaborate with sales managers on specific goals and tasks
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English language
  • A strong understanding of commercial aspects of business, and competency in basic mathematics and Microsoft Office
  • High level of competency using enterprise-level CRM systems
  • Quality-orientated, highly motivated individual, delivers high-quality output to both internal and external customers
