Internal Sales Coordinator/Account Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines sales and account management skills?
This opportunity at SPARK TSL is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days a week in our Exeter office with the sales team. The salary is £26k plus a substantial OTE, with a fantastic benefits package. - Ensure our existing customer base has a positive customer experience
- Process and qualify incoming sales leads
- Directly handle desk-based small sales
- Use the CRM to record all activity, contract and customer data
- Manage successful customer relationships, addressing contractual and commercial queries
- Collaborate with sales managers on specific goals and tasks
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English language
- A strong understanding of commercial aspects of business, and competency in basic mathematics and Microsoft Office
- High level of competency using enterprise-level CRM systems
- Quality-orientated, highly motivated individual, delivers high-quality output to both internal and external customers
