At Incognito Software Systems Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Professional to join our team. This role is a hybrid opportunity with a minimum of 3 days a week in our office with the sales team.

The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring our existing customer base has a positive customer experience. They will have regular contact with customers, understand their needs and consider how our products can meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable Account Management experience, a positive attitude towards ensuring customer satisfaction, and exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English language.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing contract renewals and ensuring they are actioned promptly.
  2. Managing your own pipeline for new business deals.
  3. Identifying upsell opportunities with existing customers and escalating or actioning as required.
  4. Actioning targeted campaigns for upselling and special opportunities that have been identified internally.
  5. Monitoring incoming leads and actioning accordingly.
  6. Using the CRM to record all activity, contract and customer data.
  7. Obtaining all necessary documentation such as purchase orders.
  8. Ensuring all contract documents are managed and filed appropriately in line with company policy.
  9. Collaborating with sales managers on specific goals and tasks in pursuit of the contractual and sales objectives for each account.
  10. Recognising and communicating significant customer information and customer feedback to management as a priority.
  11. Clear, concise and accurate reporting of activities to the Internal Sales Manager on a regular basis.
  12. Attending face-to-face customer meetings alongside sales managers when required and participating in client engagement events.
  13. Prioritising customer retention and managing customer cease requests to ensure the best outcome for all parties.

What we are looking for:

Essential:

  1. Demonstrable Account Management experience.
  2. Positive attitude towards ensuring customer satisfaction as a top priority.
  3. Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English language.
  4. A strong understanding of commercial aspects of business, and competency in basic mathematics and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Sharepoint and Excel.
  5. High level of competency using enterprise level CRM systems to record data and information.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, organise workload, follow a schedule of planned activities, and meet fixed deadlines.
  7. Quality orientated, highly motivated individual, delivers high quality output to both internal and external customers.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with a collaborative and empathic approach.
  9. Driven, dynamic and tenacious approach to completing tasks.
  10. Smart and presentable for online and in person customer interactions.

Desirable:

  1. Understanding of the contractual terms and conditions and contract lifecycles.
  2. Experience of working for, or with the NHS.
