Job Title: Internal Sales Representative – Print Supplies
Salary: Basic salary £25k >£30k pa, depending on experience, plus bonus.
Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a dynamic and supportive Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Devon. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, ensuring they receive a first-class standard of service at all times.
The day-to-day duties will involve:
- Processing orders and managing quotations
- Dealing with product samples and administration
- Effective communication and pro-activity in selling
- Providing team support and contributing to the success of the sales team
Candidates from a Print / Packaging Supplies or Paper background will be given equal consideration. If you have experience of in/out bound telephone sales and computerised stock & order systems in a busy merchanting environment, this role could be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Process orders and manage quotations efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Contribute to the success of the sales team
Requirements:
- Experience of in/out bound telephone sales
- Computerised stock & order systems experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
