VANRATH's client, based in Antrim, is seeking a talented HR Advisor to drive the development and implementation of HR policies and practices. As part of this role, you will contribute to the creation of best practice throughout the company, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters, conducting job analyses, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes, identify training needs, and design training programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of employment law and best practice HR. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role are required. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 and the chance to work with a renowned organization.
