**Job Description**

As a Mobility Assistant for Vulnerable Adults, you will be responsible for transporting service users to and from SEN schools, Adult and Learning Disability Day Services, and other activities. This will require helping service users leave their homes, board the vehicle, alight from the vehicle, and make their way to the appropriate service in a safe and dignified manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a mature disciplined approach to your duties, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal with challenging situations.
