Rradis Community Care is currently recruiting for a Nightcare Professional to join our team based at Fernleigh Extra Care Scheme in Witney, Oxfordshire. This challenging yet rewarding role involves providing overnight support to elderly residents requiring assistance with daily living activities.
As a Nightcare Professional, you will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care tasks, promoting independence, and maintaining high standards of care and respect. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
