Fleet Administrator

Montgomery Transport Group is seeking a highly skilled Group Fleet Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in maximizing efficiencies and reducing costs across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Transport Management teams in ensuring accuracy on invoices from internal and external suppliers, scrutinizing repairs, and work order requests.
- Verify warranty repairs against invoicing regimes.
- Collaborate with key accounts, fostering strong relationships between Montgomery Transport Group, workshop service partners, and key accounts.
- Manage R&M contracts to control spend.
- Oversee new project work, working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of new kit, compliance, and specification.
- Strong Commercial Vehicle Workshop knowledge.
- Previous experience with Kerridge and/or Truck file is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with Mercedes product is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Ensure a world-class service for key accounts.
- Understanding of fleet compliance.
- Highly organized and a great communicator.
- Previous Fleet and workshop operations experience.
- Previous experience with ADR is desirable.
