Fleet Administrator

Montgomery Transport Group is seeking a highly skilled Group Fleet Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in maximizing efficiencies and reducing costs across the various business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Transport Management teams in ensuring accuracy on invoices from internal and external suppliers, scrutinizing repairs and work order requests.
- Verify warranty repairs against invoicing regimes to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key accounts, workshop service partners, and suppliers to drive business growth.
- Manage R&M contracts to control spend and optimize fleet performance.
- Oversee new project work, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of new equipment, compliance, and specification.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle workshops and experience with Kerridge and Truck file systems.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Highly organized and a great communicator, with a proven track record of delivering world-class service to key accounts.
- Understanding of fleet compliance and ability to ensure adherence to DVSA and other corporate legislation and standards.
- Great organizational and time-management skills, with excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel.
