Fleet Administrator

Montgomery Transport Group is seeking a highly skilled Group Fleet Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in maximizing efficiencies and reducing costs across the various business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Transport Management teams in ensuring accuracy on invoices from internal and external suppliers, scrutinizing repairs and work order requests.
- Verify warranty repairs against invoicing regimes to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key accounts, workshop service partners, and suppliers to drive business growth.
- Manage R&M contracts to control spend and optimize fleet performance.
- Oversee new project work, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of compliant and specification-compliant equipment.
- Strong commercial vehicle workshop knowledge and experience.
- Previous experience with Kerridge and Truck file is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships.
- Highly organized and effective communicator with a proven track record in fleet and workshop operations.
- Understanding of fleet compliance and ability to ensure a world-class service for key accounts.
