About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving efficiency, and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with the team and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the store's business plan and budget.
