About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, efficiency, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to achieve exceptional results
  • Create a positive and productive store environment that fosters amazing customer service and accurate stock processes
  • Work closely with the team to drive commercial and operational activities, ensuring a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe store environment
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the team to meet business needs
About You
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • You have a strong commercial understanding and the ability to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers
  • You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to change quickly
  • You are a great communicator and can work effectively with people at all levels, staying calm and approachable under pressure
  • You have experience in leading and coaching high-performing teams and effectively dealing with people issues
