Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support pupils as a Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School based in Lincolnshire.
This is a long-term, full-time position with potential for longer term duration.
- Support pupils with additional needs in small groups or one-to-one settings.
- Maintain high expectations in the classroom and ensure effective behavioural policies are implemented.
- Collaborate with SEND pupils who have ECHPs and IEPs.
You will have access to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) trainings provided by the National College, in addition to an excellent service.
- Prior experience working within a school setting is essential.
- An Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service is required.
The salary for this role can be paid to scale, with a daily rate ranging between £83.00.
