About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remediation Analyst to join our team at Nucleus Financial. As a Remediation Analyst, you will play a critical role in resolving complex issues and ensuring a great customer outcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate issues to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience
