Avature is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist Assessment Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a registered physiotherapist to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, making a real difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-registration experience and be comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,800, with the opportunity for an additional £1,500 skills allowance. Our flexible working arrangement allows for full-time, part-time, or hybrid schedules, ensuring a better work-life balance.

In this role, you will conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You will also produce Personal Independent Payment (PIP) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions determine a person's eligibility for benefits.
