We are seeking an experienced and compassionate physiotherapist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals with disabilities or health conditions, providing detailed reports that help determine their eligibility for benefits.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of post-registration experience and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

About the Role:

  • Conduct assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life
  • Produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine a person's eligibility for benefits
  • Develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills with ongoing support and mentorship
