Job Title: Collections and Network Driver

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Collections and Network Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a Collections and Network Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering mail and parcels to our customers across the region.

About the Role

As a Collections and Network Driver, you will be the face of Royal Mail, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their mail and parcels on time. You will be responsible for:

  • Collecting mail and parcels from post offices and delivery offices
  • Delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region
  • Checking post-boxes and ensuring that mail is delivered to the correct address
  • Visiting business customers at prearranged times to collect mail and parcels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

  • A competitive monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate of £14.87p/hr
  • Overtime at 1.25x the normal hourly rate
