Collector

About the Role

Premium Credit is seeking a skilled Collector to join our team. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing payable debts, working to monthly targets, and maintaining effective relationships within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with your client portfolio
• Achieve personal and team targets
• Review and chase shortfall, passing to DCA where applicable
• Report any unexpected issues or developing trends to the Recoveries Manager
• Note any agreements where customers have debt agreements in place (i.e. IVA, bankruptcy etc)

Requirements

• Experience within a Collections role, working to targets
• Ability to work in a high volume, customer-oriented environment
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commercial awareness
• Tenacious and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
