About the Role

We are looking for a Merchandise Administrative Assistant to support our team in Tolworth, near Chessington. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, and the ideal candidate will have experience in administration and a passion for the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete weekly optimisations on the department using the stock movement process.
  • Manages Warehouse stock appropriately, including free stock and returned stock.
  • Liaise with Suppliers and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely delivery of stock.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. The successful candidate will have experience working in retail and a strong understanding of merchandise operations.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including:
