Data Centre Easements Specialist

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per year.
We are seeking a skilled Data Centre Easements Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data centre development team, you will be responsible for securing easements for our critical infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in delivery of infrastructure real estate, with a proven track record of project management and creative problem solving. They will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage directly with municipalities, utilities, architects, engineers, agents and lawyers.

This is a senior role that requires a high level of expertise and experience.
