Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Newark

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across the business.

Your duties will include managing recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, creating and developing new policies and procedures. If you are looking for a challenging role where you can take ownership and make a real impact, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The salary for this position is up to £50,000 per annum. You will work flexibly between home and the office near Newark, with occasional national travel.

Duties:
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Assist the Senior Management Team with recruitment and talent management initiatives
- Create and develop a new starter induction process
- Maintain accurate records and data on employee information

Requirements:
- A strong background in HR with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
