Job Title: Homecare Supplier Manager

We are seeking an experienced Homecare Supplier Manager to join our dynamic team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Commercial Medicines Unit, you will play a crucial role in managing homecare providers and optimizing commercial pricing strategies.

About the Role:

As the Homecare and Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement in supplier performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with homecare providers
  • Coordinating patient supply logistics to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitoring and forecasting product supply needs
  • Facilitating effective communication between internal teams and suppliers
  • Managing contract renewals and pricing agreements
  • Overseeing the Commercial Medicines Unit and managing customer accounts, quotas, and discounts
  • Designing and implementing commercial policies to drive business growth
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare management, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in pricing, supplier management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the UK & Ireland
