We are seeking an experienced Homecare Supplier Manager to join our dynamic team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Commercial Medicines Unit, you will play a crucial role in managing homecare providers and optimizing commercial pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homecare providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee the Commercial Medicines Unit and manage customer accounts, quotas, and discounts to drive business growth.
- Design and implement commercial policies to enhance patient experience and ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and homecare teams to provide holistic care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis and financial acumen to inform pricing decisions and optimize commercial strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in pricing, supplier management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
