Homecare Supplier Manager Role

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Homecare Supplier Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company based in Paddington, London, on a contract basis for 12 months initially.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homecare providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee the logistics of patient supply, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Monitor and forecast product supply needs with homecare providers, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless homecare operations.
  • Negotiate and manage homecare contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Requirements:
  • A degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in pricing or supplier management in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in homecare services.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to design and implement commercial policies.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical sector in the UK and Ireland.

Working Arrangements:

This role is hybrid working, with 60% of the time spent at our client's site in Paddington and 40% from home.
