Homecare Supplier Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Homecare Supplier Manager to join our dynamic team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Commercial Medicines Unit, you will play a crucial role in managing homecare providers and optimizing commercial pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homecare providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Oversee the Commercial Medicines Unit and manage customer accounts, quotas, and discounts to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement commercial policies to enhance patient care and experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and homecare teams to provide holistic care and ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform pricing decisions and optimize commercial strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in pricing, supplier management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent financial acumen and understanding of cost structures and financial implications of pricing decisions.
