About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Homecare Supplier Manager to join our dynamic team at IQVIA. As a key member of our commercial medicines unit, you will play a crucial role in managing homecare providers and optimizing commercial pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with homecare providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Logistical Support: Coordinate patient supply logistics to ensure timely delivery and minimize disruptions.
  • Product Supply Forecasting: Monitor and forecast product supply needs to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Contract Negotiations: Manage contract renewals and pricing agreements to ensure optimal commercial terms and minimize risk.
  • Pricing Management: Oversee the commercial medicines unit and manage customer accounts, quotas, and discounts to maximize profitability.
  • Commercial Policy: Design and implement commercial policies to drive business growth and ensure market access.
Requirements
  • Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical products, patient care, and homecare services.
