Job Title: Health and Safety Trainer
Job Summary:
Pertemps Network Group is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Trainer to join our team. As a Health and Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Health and Safety training programmes tailored to the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver Health and Safety training programmes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct face-to-face teaching and delivery in groups, focusing on site work and Health and Safety within the construction sector.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to learners, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the training process.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through participant feedback and assessment results, implementing improvements as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering advice and guidance to colleagues and clients on Construction Health and Safety matters.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting our training services and expertise.
Requirements:
- Background in Construction Management.
- NEBOSH Certificate or above.
- Management Qualification at Level 5 or equivalent, ideal within Construction Site Management.
- Teaching Award at level 3 or above is desirable.
- Experience delivering Health and Safety Programmes within the Construction Sector.
- Flexibility in travel and must hold a Full UK driving license.
This position is subject to an advanced DBS check and employment checks.
